A local investor acquired the Summerfield Village office complex at 2535-2589 Washington Rd. in Pittsburgh, PA for $9.125 million, or about $100 per square foot, in an REO sale from Huntington National Bank.
The office park is comprised of nine two- and three-story office buildings totaling 91,122 square feet in the South Pittsburgh / Hwy 19 submarket of Allegheny County. The asset was approximately 93 percent occupied at the time of sale.
John Godwin with Marcus & Millichap listed the property for the seller, which took control of the property through foreclosure in July 2013.
